BUTT is an acronym for Broadcasting Using This Tool and it is a multi-operating system client broadcaster, meaning you can broadcast on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It only handles input from a computer, for example, live feeds like talking into a microphone or on a computer’s sound card.
It’s a free standalone encoder that can stream audio to a SHOUTcast or Icecast server. The software handles input from a computer, this includes live feeds such as talking into a microphone or on a computer’s sound card.
